Your child's first pair of shoes are very special!
They start out fresh and white but soon you notice how quickly they seem to change; kind of like your ever changing child.
DON'T DESPAIR!!!
According to moms in the know, if the shoes are badly scuffed and do not take to shoe polish very well, you can rub them with a piece of raw potato or rubbing alcohol BEFORE you use the shoe polish.
When you finish polishing them, a little spritz of hairspray will prevent the polish from coming off too easily.
Another quick hint... Apply clear nail polish to the areas that are the worst scuffed....most likely the front of the toes.
